How many hours sleep for babies, kids and adults is age dependent. Follow the recommendations and ensure you do what will make you have a good sound sleep.
Have a shower , switch off the light, meditate, read, listen to soothing music, free your mind from worries, airy and cool room, clean sheets, fragrance, no phones or TV, whatever works best for you. Ensure your kids sleep on time and observe short naps especially at weekends during the day
I deliberately dont have a TV in our bedroom to create a soothing sleep zone no distractions
