As a matter of fact, research and my experience as a wellness consultant and self care advocate have shown that stress begins from The mind.
Until you mind starts telling your brain that you are stressed, your body will not receive the signal.
Self care equips you mentally, emotionally and physically to handle the demands of life and building a career or business.
When people hear about self care, they are quick to think they are just in activities that make you relax. While that is true, it is not entirely what self care entails.
It is more intense than that. The more reason why many people including myself find it difficult to keep up.
