Being a woman is tough, even as a girl child from managing and protecting your femininity to the different stages of womanhood with all the issues. God really took time to prepare women for this journey of life called womanhood.
The theme for 2019 International Women’s Day – Balancing for Better is no doubt the right theme as this time. What does it really mean?
For me its about mastering and developing in the affairs of womanhood as a single or married woman and being more successful at it.
The real fact is that women are doing so much these days and have also taken the responsibility of bread winners which was not so before.
With more of these added responsibility there is no doubt that the pressure will not affect the health of any woman – Mental and physical well being and wholesomeness.. There is a saying that when there is life there is hope.. Its only a mentally and physically fit and healthy person, woman that can balance for better in every facet of life.
So number one advice is that women should take care of their health first and never neglect your well being. Only a woman that has good health can chase and accomplish personal, family, career and business goals.

Each year around your birthday, give yourself a gift. Schedule a visit to your dentist and call your doctor to see if there are important tests you should take. With an investment of an hour or two, you may be able to add years to your life.
Make yourself happy, celebrate yourself, laugh, smile and take care of your body… exercise and eat healthy.
