Our FAB man crush today is a new dad, Actor and family man – Kalu Okeagwu.
Kalu was born in England but was relocated to Nigeria by his dad at the age of 9 due to fears from his parents that he might abandon his Igbo roots. He had his primary education in England and Zambia before proceeding to University of Nigeria to get a degree in English.
Kalu Egbui Ikeagwu was born on May 18th, 1972 in England to a family from Ogbunike, Oyi local ggovernment area of Anambra state.
By the time he was ten years of age, he had already lived in four different countries.
He had his primary education in England and Zambia and his secondary education in Nigeria. He graduated in 1991 with a degree in English from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also did a postgraduate diploma course on Business Management in the same university, and a diploma in Computer programming.
Kalu was working as a computer analyst before joining Nollywood. Ikeagwu is also a movie producer and a script writer. He has produced several movies in Nigeria and has also featured in Irish film production “Rapt in Éire”. He is popularly known for his role as “Alahji Abubakar” a.k.a. “Masters” in the Nigerian popularly television series “Tinsel”.
Actor Kalu Ikeagwu and his wife just welcomed their first child, a boy. The couple got married in June 2016.
