It becomes really difficult to strike a balance and at times, it happens that one side gets more importance and the other side lands you in trouble.

An off means a real off where your time is totally dedicated to your husband and kids. On regular days, you should take out at least 30 minutes of your time for family dinner where you spend some quality time with them.
In spite of religiously following all the methods mentioned above, you are still going to feel stressed out due to the constant juggling. Hence, you must spend at least 10 minutes in the morning to meditate and to refresh your mind. Also, do not forget to keep a check on your health. After all, you’d be able to conquer all the problems in life only if you are fit enough. Hence, eat right and exercise regularly.
Last but not the least, learn to switch off. Switch off just doesn’t mean switching off your mobile or any other communication device while at home from work. It also means switching off from both work and family. 10 minutes before you sleep, switch off all the devices that connect you to the world and spend some time with yourself. Take a deep breath and analyze if you’ve tried to strike a balance or the weight has tilted to one side during the course of the day. If that has happened, try to fix it the other day.
